JEAN DUNAND
VASE, 1913
Patinated copper vase with a slender baluster shape. The body has a regular curve rising towards a slightly narrowed opening, emphasizing the verticality of the piece.
The surface is entirely decorated with a repeating pattern of stylized oval motifs, rendered in slight relief. The brown patina with golden highlights highlights the metalwork and accentuates the geometric and structured decoration.
