Provenance

The lacquer panel featuring this composition was exhibited at the Salon d'Automne at the Grand Palais des Champs-Élysées in 1934, under exhibition number 1522. It was also shown in the Musée de Vernon's 2000 exhibition dedicated to Gaston Suisse. The panel is reproduced in the exhibition catalog on page 57.
