The Saint-Germain Photo Festival celebrates its fourth edition, from November 7 to 22, it brings together forty galleries, institutions, cultural centers and libraries of the left bank around a photographic journey exhibitions, screenings and meetings will punctuate the programming .

As part of the festival, the Marcilhac Galerie presents for the First time in France the portfolio of Lisette Model, "12 Photographs".

In 1975, Lisette Model (1901-1983) met Gerhard Sander, the grand-son of August Sander, who assists in the implementation of a portfolio of twelve photographs produced by Harry H. Lunn, Jr. Marcilhac gallery present this portfolio in its entirety. The twelve silver prints, taken under the supervision of the artist, signed and limited to 75 copies, are among the most emblematic of this iconoclastic artist, portraits made on the French Riviera in the 1930s, or those of speakeasy the world of fashion in New York, through his series of "Reflections". Also presented, the famous portrait of the opulent and hilarious bather (Coney Island Bather) - its first order for Harper's Bazaar, then headed by Alexey Brodovitch - and that will make the cover of his monograph published by Aperture in 1979.
