Center table, 1923

Brazilian rosewood structure with scrolled console jambs on a circular base in walnut and a shagreen wrapped top. Impressed "JAN 23" with maker's monogram. Executed by "Chanaux & Pelletier, Paris".

History

Designed in 1923, this model was presented at the 1925 International Exhibition of Modern Decorative and Industrial Arts in Paris in the "Chambre de Madame" in the "Ambassade Française".
