PAIR OF SLIPPER CHAIRS , c. 1940
A pair of slipper chairs in solid ash and ash veneer. The front legs are fitted with patinated bronze sabots, while the rear legs are slightly splayed and sabre-shaped. The tall, slightly inclined backrests feature exposed ash frames surrounding upholstered back panels. The seats and backrests are upholstered in fabric.
H 97 - W 63.5 - D 67 cm.
H 38 1/4 - W 25 - D 26 3/8 in.
