SOFA AND PAIR OF ARMCHAIRS, c. 1940
Salon suite comprising a sofa and a pair of armchairs in solid rosewood. The sofa and armchairs feature gently curved backs extending into broad armrests, with the exposed wooden frames emphasizing their enveloping form. The sofa rests on four curved legs, while the armchairs are raised on tapered front legs and saber-shaped rear legs. Upholstered in olive-green velvet by Schumacher.
