'MONTRE' MIRROR, c. 1959
Circular mirror in Talosel (synthetic resin), inlaid with rectangular garnet-tinted mirror fragments. It is surmounted by a ring suspended from a leather strap. A flat mirror occupies the centre of the composition. The overall design echoes the silhouette of a pocket watch, from which it takes its name.
